In one episode, and one episode only (Deep Space Nine's late season 5 episode "Empok Nor"), O'Brien's jumpsuit sleeves were rolled up and his division shirt sleeves pushed up, presumably to mimic the visual style of his previous (VOY-style) uniform:

That makes a certain amount of sense, but why half a season went by before anybody thought to try this, only for it to be immediately abandoned, admittedly stumps us.
'course, Geordi did wear his uniform the same way in First Contact, which was released not-quite-halfway through that season - perhaps it was a "Chief engineer" thing?

Geordi's sleeves were pushed up, though (his sleeve cuffs were still visible), whereas O'Brien's were rolled up (hiding the sleeve cuffs).
