With uniforms this complex, it should come as no surprise that, in addition to the exceptions and oddities, there were plenty of other genuine anomalies and obvious errors over the seasons and movies this uniform was used.
Perhaps most obviously, the movie versions of the jumpsuits were a bit different than their television counterparts in several respects.
First, the shoulder and armscye topstitching seemed closer to the seams line in the movies - ⅛" at most, but perhaps even as little as ⅟16" - whereas the TV jumpsuits' seemed a bit larger, ⅛" at least, perhaps even as much as ¼"!
The exception to this was Worf, who, in Insurrection, likely wore his Deep Space Nine uniform(s), with its TV-style topstitching; compare his to Picard's (though Picard is wearing the "captain jacket," the point we're making regarding the topstitching style still stands):

For Nemesis, though, Worf got at least one new jumpsuit which had the smaller, movie-style topstitching.
