Misc. Observations and Errors, part 2

Another difference between the movie and TV jumpsuits was that, prior to Nemesis, the movie jumpsuits had rounded (rather than mitered) front openings.

First Contact
Insurrection

There were exceptions to this, though; Worf's jumpsuit in Insurrection, for instance, had the pointed/mitered corners (again, presumably because he was wearing his Deep Space Nine uniforms).

The lieutenant apparently in charge of the duck blind also had the mitered corners (though that doesn't explain why Data, a lieutenant commander, was apparently under the command of a lieutenant):

'course, the exceptions went both ways; Troi's jumpsuit had a rounded front opening for her appearances on Voyager (presumably because, like Worf, she was wearing her existing uniform while production-hopping):

Likewise, the (pre-Nemesis) movie jumpsuits' shoulder point trim was rounded:

The (pre-Nemesis) movie-style rounded front opening and shoulder points were used on the "captain jacket" (Captain Picard) and admiral jacket (Admiral Dougherty) as well.

In fact, everyone's favorite "that guy" in Insurrection appeared to have no miters on his yoke/neckline trim at all!
